| We are located east of US Highway 17-92 on the corner of Magnolia Avenue and Second Street in historic downtown Sanford. From I-4, take exit 101C. Go east on State Road 46. Cross over US Highway 17-92 (French Avenue) and continue straight ahead to Park Avenue. Turn right at Park Avenue and then left onto Second Street. The theater will be one block on the right. From 417, take Exit 50 (US Highway 17-92), at 17-92 turn right. At Third Street turn right and go six blocks to Magnolia Avenue, turn left and the theater will be on the right.
