We are located east of US Highway 17-92 on the corner of Magnolia Avenue and Second Street in historic downtown Sanford.   

From I-4
Take exit 101C
Go east on State Road 46  (continue 3-4 miles)
Cross over US Highway 17-92 (French Avenue) and continue straight ahead to Park Avenue
Turn right at Park Avenue
Turn left onto Second Street 
The theater will be one block on the right 

From 417
Take Exit 50 (US Highway 17-92)
Turn Right onto 17-92 (continue a couple of miles)
At First Street turn right 
Turn right at Park Avenue
Turn left onto Second Street
The theater will be one block on the right
